Good-day fellow bloggers and dedicated followers!
I’ve been keeping busy while in London, Ontario with my family. We spent a day at the beach, made banana bread, and baked some Morning Glory Muffins — but with some interesting add-ins!
So, here are some instagram (obviously, hehe) pictures of what we’ve been up to!

Instead of raisins we tried using Chocolate Chips:
Then we made ourselves some Pineapple Morning Glory Muffins!
Chocolate: YUMMY! Of course, I love anything chocolate but the nice thing is that you don’t have to feel too guilty for indulging since these are somewhat healthy. (Maybe?)
Pineapple: A lighter option compared to the chocolate ones we made, but equally delicious. These taste like a healthier option for sure, but not in the disgusting way. Seriously, give these a shot! Add in pineapple and replace the OJ with the pineapple juice! *Note: We left these in the oven for about 8 minutes longer. So perhaps try for 28 and check them. We had ours in for 31.
